PLOT
It was a lovely snowy morning, and Flicker Pack was going moose hunting. It was to be the end of a satisfactory hunt, but then a bullet shot through the air and everything went wrong.
The hunter is dead, broken and bloody at the bottom of a cliff. Whose fault is this? Does it really matter? The town that that the hunter came from is angry. Very angry. They don't know that it was Flicker Pack's fault either. Now the humans are pouring into all the territories, picking off wolves left and right. The Packs are turning their angry gazes on each other, but should they really be worrying about that? If they don't do something about the hunters their numbers might be gone by the end of the season!

It is currently Winter in the Mountains. Everything is covered in snow, even the fiery territory of Flicker Pack! The snow is heavy around Sage Pack and Wisp Pack. Down by Stellar Pack the swamps are low and mostly frozen. There is a light snow over everything in the valley, and unlike the blizzards on the upper half of the mountain, it is much more Winter wonderland like on the bottom half.
Pups// The snows are high, and pups aren't being born. Prey//
The fish in Stellar Pack are hidden beneath the ice, and the swamp deer are scarce.
The moose in Flicker Pack are a plenty, but they can only be caught with five or more wolves.
The mountain billies in Wisp Pack are all that's left. It takes three strong wolves to bring them down.
The elk in Sage Pack are everywhere. This is their winter grounds. Elk take a mere two wolves to take down if alone. Herbs// Everything has shriveled and hid beneath the snow, not much is to be found except for Juniper.
Sage Pack Camp The Sage Pack camp is located near the top of a mountain, in a massive cave. Outside this cave there is plenty of moss and other plants that can be used for bedding. Moderator: Cloudy
Sage Pack Borders Sage Pack's territory ends here. Here the trees thin out, and there are many rocks as the territory filters into another. None of the rocks in this part of the territory are larger than the average pup.
Eternity Grove This forest is filled with green, leaffy trees, like oaks and maples. The grove is also filled with many stones, from small pebbles to immense boulders. It is said that the forest, or at least the largest of the boulders, were there from the beginning of time, hence it's name, Eternity Grove. Moderator: Cloudy
Stellar Pack Camp The home of the Stellar Pack lies on an island, with small streams threading through the patch of land, ringed by Weeping Willows.

Stellar Pack Borders The stars reflect off the glassy surface of the water between the roots of the Mangrove and Willows. Mysteriously, the moon never shines on the water, as legend has it the moon was devoured by a giant fish.
The Agate Abyss The swampy territory breaks off into a small hollow where a few exceptionally tall trees grow, and small islands dot the water with patches of meadow grass. Above a small waterfall, the water deepens into a dark chasm, going forever deep.
Flicker Pack Camp Right in the center of the rocking mountains, located in a a great crevice in a cliff is Flicker Pack's camp. You can only get in from the bottom of the crevice, less you wish to break your neck. The ceiling is located possibly 300 ft above. Vines and trees serve as a protection, for when it rains or snows it usually gets caught in the trees before it hits the ground. The bottom of the crevice is rocky and hard, but the ledges on the sides are covered in soft moss that is perfect for sleeping on. In the middle of the area there is a large flat stone called the Speaker's Ledge. The Alpha usually will make announcements here. The cave echos very well and very loud, acting like a loud speaker. Most of the Pack do not talk, for everyone will hear them. The only place where this is not true is the Alpha and Beta's dens. They are the caves at the back of the crevice. To get there, one must travel over about five feet of crumbling rocks up to the caves. Moderator: Axel
The Territory (1 sub-board) Flicker Pack Territory is the most rocky territory. Most of the ground is made of loose rocks. One misstep and you'll find yourself tumbling down the mountain on a pile of crumbling rocks. Luckily, it's not too steep, so if you do take a fall, you have a chance to stop yourself before tumbling off one of the many cliffs and ledges that dots the two mountains the pack resides in. The grass here is dry and brown all year round, and only small shrubs dot the mountainside. There are many trees here, but they are all leafless, and they all have severely burned trucks. During the hot season, Flicker Pack's land is the most likely to burn, and it always does burn, too. Luckily, Flicker Pack is used to fire, and over the generations, have even gotten red or dark brown pelts to match their dead surroundings. Moderator: Axel
The Dead Forest There are many burnt trees in the territory, but only few are truly dead. At the top edge of the forest, right before the territory melts into Wisp Pack land, the dead forest sits. Every tree is not only dead, but burnt until every trunk and gnarled limb is as black as soot. The trees are ancient bristle cones, whose ghastly silhouettes will certainly send a shiver down any pup or apprentice's back. Moderator: Axel
Wisp Pack Centrality In the heart of the swirling fog that enfolds the home of the Wisp Pack, lies the base where everything happens. Acess to it though, tends to be a daily risk of death. Located on the ridges of the moutian, loose rock surround the outside of the camp, providing almost no traction, and the oh so real threat of falling to your death. And a painful death it would be, as sharp, jagged stones line the edges of the ridge. Fall onto one of these, and it would be driven through your very body. Into the camp, you can find the dens for all ranks on the first level. They are surrounded by even more dense fog, that for some reason doesn't enter the camp very often. Stone of Nobility, that is where you hear the words of wisdom, or harshness, that come from your alpha. The alpha's den however, is hidden a couple feet up, made of a smooth black stone and accessable only to the strongest climber. A small, yet wide crack marks the entrance, which widens up as you get past the first part into a roomy, well insulated den. That is needed because in these climates, warmth is very rare. Shadow Crevice Long ago, a great crack formed on the once level base of the ridge. As time wore through the already thin layers, a deep, seemingly endless crevice opened up, proving danerous to all who payed little attention to it. For some reason though, game is seemed to be drawn here like a magnet. Creatures of all sorts live along the crevice. From deer, to the fleet fotted moutain goat, and even a coguar every now and then, nearly all the food source comes from the crevice. Hunting here is not easy though, as not omly does fog play tricks on the eyes, but the unsure footing made fall from under you in a moment, without any notice. Moderator: Sacrifice
Point of no Return At first, this would seem like it is the gentlest area of the pack territory. If anything, the fog is not so dense, and the rock more or less is stable. This is where in the winter, most of the prey tends to hide from the wind with the shelter from the rough cut outs in thr rock. But this is not what it seems to be. Rather, without one knowing, this could be a place of death. As you get closer to the edge of this ridge, the ground becomes thinner and thinner, until it just breaks off. There is no land beneath this ledge for a good few hundred feet, making a broken bone more then likely. In fact, if you actually managed to survive this fall, there would be more then a few broken bones in your body. Many wolves have fallen from this ledge, and over time, all that is left is skeletons from the dead. This marks the borders for Wisp pack, skeletons of the dead. Getting up the ledge is nearly impossible for an outsider, even one who has been there before cannot remember the exact way to climb it. Rather, you have to wait for a Wisp pack member to find you, before you get to come. If they let you, that is. There is almost always just a sliver of moon, if any at all. The dense fog fills the sky, shadowing the moon and stars, so there is only darkness.
The Meeting Place The gathering place is roughly in the middle of the territories, located in a narrow mountain pass between Sage Pack and Stellar Pack. There is a cave in the middle of the valley, coming up from the ground. After twenty feet into the cave, the path is divided into four giant tunnels. One tunnel is incredibly hot, the other incredibly cold. Another is dotted with ferns, and the last a wet and swamp like. Each represents a Pack's terrain, and each Pack walks through different tunnels. Each tunnel ends at the same place. The Meeting place. It is far underground, but from the big tunnels there is plenty of air. It is very dark, but the day before the full moon, the light of the moon shines through each tunnel (for the tunnels are straight) an hour or so before midnight and illuminates the Meeting Place with an eerie light for an hour. When the light disappears, the Packs no the meeting is over. The Alphas stand on a tall rock in the middle of the cavern. Moderators: Cloudy, Axel, Sacrifice, Demyx

Pool of the Frozen Moon (1 sub-board) Two Mountains over from the main territories of the wolves is the tallest mountain in the area. It's ridges reach even higher than those of Wisp Pack's. On the top of one of one of these is the peak of the mountain. At the center of the peak is a frozen pool that reflects the whole moon on the full moon at exactly midnight every month. The Healers may come here to speak to Moon Pack if the need come by simply touching their noses to the cool surface. It is not ritual though, for during the winter, access to this Sacred place is near impossible with all the snow, ice, and rock. Moderators: Axel, Cloudy, Sacrifice, Demyx

Outside Territories
The Woods Here, A small Pack lives in a cave. There are trees, a river and prey abound. Most Pack members are Mis-Fits from the larger Packs, or former Loners.
Land Of the Nomad Lone wolves often are found in this harsh, unforgiving land. There are craggy mountain peaks that are covered with snow year round and cliffs that drop off into abysses at every turn. It's a tough reality and it's hard to survive very long, but where else can loners go?
